Greetings from the Icarus Theatre Collective!

We have new producers on board, bringing us an exciting body of work to premiere in the next year.

Read on for great offers on printing inexpensive leaflets and more information on our production of The Lesson. We also have two additional projects in the pipeline and will soon be producing plays much more often. Stay tuned!

Passionate Producers Found!

Icarus is realising its Artistic Mission to function as a collective. A team of three Producers now lead the company with Artistic Director Max Lewendel. Eventually each Producer will take charge of a whole show and remain responsible for set tasks and responsibilities.

The Lesson

A national tour in spring 2007.

The Tour Booking for this production is going very well. We've confirmed 27 performances across the country and are very optimistic about a three week run in London. We will also hold a second leg of the tour in Autumn 2007.

Recently we've even confirmed 3 performances at the 1066-seat White Rock Theatre in Hastings.

Auditions and Job Opportunities

The roles of the Pupil and the Maid are not yet cast. If you are female, aged 18 - 25 and can play 16 or are 35-50, let me know if you're interested. Auditions in January/February. Small fee.

We are also looking for a Stage Manager.
